About Chase

My name is Chase and I've been running my own business since graduating from NC State University in 2020! Fitness is a massive part of my life, I'm a competitive strongman athlete, play tennis recreationally, hike often, and love getting out and playing with my dog.

Doesn't matter if it's the weight room, the field, or the court, I love being able to have fun with fitness and being as strong, athletic, and healthy as I can be while enjoying myself. I try to bring those same principles to all the clients I work with and show people that the "fitness grind" doesn't have to be miserable.

I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, offer 1-on-1 In-Person Coaching, as well as Online Coaching/Programming.
